The Kamal & Co. Group has been a leading business group in the State of Rajasthan over the past 70 years, having been established in the year 1936 by Late Shri Kamal Chandji Kasliwal. Over the past seven decades, the group has traveled a long distance from its humble beginning as a sewing machine shop to its present avatar as a consortium of businesses.

• Distributors for Bajaj Auto Ltd. spare parts for the State of Rajasthan

• Manufacture units at Jaipur and Kota engaged in body building works, engaged in building vehicle bodies for private players (e.g. Tata, Mahindra) as well as government bodies and specialty vehicles like fire brigades, ambulances, etc.
• Another bus body manufacturing unit has recently been set up at Niwai.

Following in the tradition of its founder, the Kamal and Co. group is acutely conscious of its duties to society. As such, in addition to the above mentioned business interests, the group also actively contributes to a number of social causes. Primary among this is the Kamal Ratan Industrial Training Institute, run under the aegis of the Kamal Ratan Kasliwal Charitable Trust. The Trust is a family promoted non-profit organization, seeking to foster and develop vocational skills among the needy and under-privileged. The Institute is a registered Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I.) with the government and runs a number of vocational skill courses including motor mechanic, two wheeler mechanic, painter, fitter, computer operator, etc.

Furthermore, the Kamal and Co. group also contributes regularly to other deserving causes like Sanmati Pustakalya (a local library) and other organizations.
